Sea view rooms, Excellent proximity to attractions, Convenient tea and coffee facilities
Cleanliness issues in the bathrooms!!! Maintenance problems throughout the hotel!!! I encountered broken fixtures and peeling wallpaper, making for an unpleasant stay overall. A little effort could vastly improve the environment!!!

great experience with small drawbacks
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. I also loved the stunning sea view from my room, which added a delightful touch to my stay.
The room was quite small for my taste, limiting my comfort during the stay.

We had a lovely stay, the room was super comfy with stunning sea views, and the sunsets? Wow! The location was perfect for our family adventures!
It was a bit like a scene from a horror movie with bird poo on the windows—no one likes a dirty view! And the bathroom? Let’s just say it's a place to avoid too much time.

Just a fine choice for a lightning stop in Blackpool with excellent value for money. The bed was lovely and comfortable. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.

This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi in rooms, no pets allowed, and no smoking on site are great. Staff helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I'm coming back for a city trip!

The room was really basic but did the job. It was pretty small and felt outdated. The bathroom was cramped, and we noticed some stains on the curtains. The mattress could definitely use an upgrade. you could feel the springs. We just used it to crash after long days out. Not the greatest experience, honestly.

Quaint architecture adds a bit of character. The building, while aged, has an intriguing vibe that hints at a more glamorous past.
The small double room felt cramped, with a mattress that had seen better days – could feel every spring. The shower was less than inviting with a curtain that looked like it hadn't been replaced in years. Stains on the walls and a musty smell made you question the overall cleanliness. Light fixtures were hanging precariously, and the bathroom had cracked tiles, which gave it a rundown look. The lack of basic convenience items like coffee and functioning radiators in winter was disappointing. it was chilly and left us feeling uncomfortable more than once. I was just hoping for better given the promise of a cozy stay.
